Starting with strategic raw material sourcing we develop and manufacture our own spunbond nonwovens, film, and film-laminated substrates and convert these into disposable drapes, gowns, surgical sets, visitor’s gowns, doctor caps, galoshes and masks. Our custom designed and manufactured Spunsper54 (spunbond biflex) and Spunsper63 (spunbond triplex) are used as a disposable drape/compress in end-use surgeries. In addition, products for the A Class medical segment are manufactured with our Viscose Biflex and Viscose triplex barrier and breathable film laminates.

At Felix we meet all standards regarding surgical fabrics under EN 13795 and AAMI. Based on these standards, our drape products are categorized by the performance specifications that are set for each class. High performance and 4th level viral barrier products provide state-of-the-art levels of barrier protection.
